The operator obtains the following information and other information from the user

1. History of the user's activities on the Service, including time spent on the Service and use of the Service.
2. User location information
3. Error information generated on the user's side.
4. Information collected by the access analysis tools used (as described in Article 4).
5. Information collected through the delivery of advertising (as described in Article 5).

The only information collected is the information currently available from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity and the usage history and error information that YBD Project collects on its own. (No personal information, such as email addresses, will be collected.)）

The operator uses the information obtained from the user for the following purposes.

1. To manage the user's history of use of the Service.
2. To analyse the user's behaviour history on the Service and use it to maintain and improve the Service.
3. In addition to the above, to provide, maintain, protect and improve the Services.

The operator shall not provide information obtained from users that falls under personal data (Article 2(6) of the Personal Data Protection Act) to third parties (including those located outside Japan) without obtaining the prior consent of the user. The information will not be provided to third parties (including those located outside Japan) without the prior consent of the user.

However, the following cases are excluded

1. When the handling of personal data is outsourced
2. In the event of an acquisition of the operator or the Service.
3. Where the information is shared with business partners (if there are specific joint uses, these will be published separately).
4. Other cases where provision to third parties is legally permitted by law.

The operator uses ‘Google Analytics’ and ‘Microsoft Clarity’ for access analysis of users.

These analytics tools use cookies to collect traffic data. Traffic data is collected anonymously and does not identify you personally; you can refuse the collection of this information by disabling cookies. Please check your browser settings for more information.
